Happy Birthday baby Brother!

Today is my baby brother's birthday! He's turning 18! I can't believe how fast he grew! I remember being so happy when he was born and had someone to play with. I love him very much even though he's always staying on his computer and has all these awful moods...I'll share a few pictures of him, when he was a lot younger (because now we can hardly take any pictures of him, he doesn't like it) and a few from the past 2 years.
I love pictures, they keep your memories alive, moments like:

                        Precious times with our dad...

                                     with our mom...

moments we shared together...

remembering his huge appetite and his messy way of eating...

the times when he was chasing baby chickens...

the times when was falling asleep in our uncles' lap...
(he's not really our uncle but a close friend of our family)

and seeing the way he turned up growing...

He's among the smartest people I know and he has a great personality.I'm proud to call him my brother!
 So Happy Birthday Alex!

Sad days ahead

Unfortunately, two weeks ago, we found out that my sweet little Lory has leukemia. The news was devastating, but I still hoped there was something we could do for her. But it wasn't meant to be...she started feeling worse with every day that passed by and eventually she refused to eat. We could see that she was not feeling  well so instead of putting her to this misery and let her suffer we decided that it was best to humanely put her to sleep. It was the hardest decision I've ever made but it was the right thing for her.
So here are some pictures of her at her best:

Opening Christmas presents

Taking a nap with Shiloh under my desk

She loved to run around in the woods, grass and snow

She was always gentle and loving, you can tell from this picture with baby Shiloh

I am truly sad because she is no longer with me, but I'm glad that I had the honor to call her my dog, my best friend and companion. She will always remain in my heart and in the hearts of the people who met her...

My Weekend

This weekend was super busy! We started renovating the kitchen and we worked all Saturday! i wanted to post something but I was way too tired( beside that I also used a small hammer while working and of course I hit my finger with it!)
On Sunday my parents, grandma, Gabe and I went fishing somewhere near Brasov ( no, I didn't fish I just went along to take some pictures). It was ok, except for the fact that it was a bit windy and I hurt my hand while climbing a tree to gather some cherry plums.
So,here are the pictures:

My dad with his first catch...at this lake.
And my mom! She catched the biggest fist

Interesting parking sign
Here's Gabe!
And me with some apples and then in the tree.

You probably noticed my hoodie...It has lots of little fat kittens on it! I love it! And I got it brand new from a second-hand shop for about 1$!!!
